1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to enovconsult.com and related website features operated by Enov LLC, doing business as Enov Consulting (“Enov”). Enov is organized in Georgia and offers remote services throughout the United States, subject to service availability and applicable state requirements. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you purchase a service, a separate order form, service agreement, cancellation notice, or payment-provider terms may also apply. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use paid services.
2. Enov’s services
Enov provides support related to credit repair, personal and business funding preparation or referral, and business setup. The exact scope, price, timing, deliverables, cancellation rights, and refund terms for a paid service are stated in the applicable enrollment materials or service agreement.
Credit repair
Enov may review information you provide and, with authorization, assist with disputes concerning information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. Results vary. Enov does not guarantee a credit-score increase, removal of any item, a particular outcome, or a completion date.
Funding
Enov is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Any lender or financial provider determines eligibility, approval, amount, rate, fees, terms, and timing. Completing a questionnaire or consultation is not an approval or offer.
Business setup
Business setup assistance is administrative and consulting support, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Government approvals, third-party platform availability, search rankings, funding, and business performance are not guaranteed.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, promptly review documents and recommendations, maintain control of accounts created for your business, protect passwords and verification codes, and use the website lawfully.
Do not submit information belonging to another person without authority. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking passwords, credit-monitoring passwords, or verification codes through ordinary questionnaires, email, or consultation forms. When sensitive information is specifically requested, use the secure portal or another method designated by Enov.
You are responsible for independently reviewing lender, credit-bureau, government, software, virtual-office, domain, email, hosting, and other third-party terms before accepting them.
4. Enrollment, payments, cancellation, and refunds
Prices shown on the website may exclude government filing fees, subscriptions, payment-processing charges, lender fees, or other third-party expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through JotForm and its connected payment provider. Payment, cancellation, and refund rights are governed by the enrollment page, service agreement, applicable cancellation notice, and applicable law. Do not complete payment until you have reviewed those materials.
A website appointment or questionnaire does not by itself create a paid-services relationship. Enrollment is complete only when all required agreements, authorizations, and payments have been completed and accepted.
5. Electronic communications
By submitting your contact information, you authorize Enov to respond about the service you requested by email, telephone, text message, calendar invitation, or portal notification as applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent, when requested, is optional and may be withdrawn.
6. Third-party services
The website may connect to Google Calendar, JotForm, payment processors, Supabase, lenders, credit bureaus, government agencies, and other third parties. Enov does not control their systems, decisions, availability, security, content, or terms. Links and integrations are provided for convenience and do not guarantee a third party’s performance.
7. Website disclaimers and limitations
The website and general educational information are provided on an “as available” basis. Enov does not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enov disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed service agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Enov is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
8. Website content
Enov’s name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Enov and may not be copied, republished, sold, or misrepresented without permission. You may use materials provided specifically for your purchased service for their intended purpose.
9. Suspension and changes
Enov may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, systems, legal rights, or service integrity. We may update these terms as the website or services change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting any consumer protection or other right that cannot legally be waived under the law that applies to you. A service-specific agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution terms.
